Touring Award

The Paddle UK (formerly British Canoe Union) Touring Award is a Personal Performance Award.  The Touring Award will develop your ability to apply appropriate decision-making skills for an enjoyable and safe day out touring on a loch.  You will learn technique to help you paddle more efficiently, in-order to paddle distance. 

The Touring Award should be seen as a sound basis for building the experience and knowledge needs to move onto the Open Touring Award.

Och Aye Canoe will run courses periodically throughout the year or you can contact us to find a date that suits you better subject to availability.
