Refund policy

Should you fail to attend your session or cancel your session on the day your activity is booked, or within 72 hours (3 days) of your booking, you will NOT be entitled to any refund.  Should you cancel at any other time you will only be entitled to 50% refund, or to reschedule where available.  If the activity is cancelled by Och Aye Canoe you will receive a full refund or can reschedule if preferred.  Main reasons Och Aye Canoe cancelling would be conditions deemed too windy or otherwise unsafe.

Gift vouchers are valid until the date shown on the voucher and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.  Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.  Email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.  There may be additional costs associated with provision of a postal voucher.  Sessions must be booked.  Spaces are only secured once session is booked and confirmed by Och Aye Canoe, so it is recommended that you book as early as possibly to avoid disappointment.  Vouchers are non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.  Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded. In the unlikely event that a session needs to be cancelled by Och Aye Canoe a new gift voucher will be issued.  If the session is cancelled by voucher holder no refund will be given.

Covid is now something we must all live with.  Whilst we must all comply with covid legislation, Och Aye Canoe cannot reschedule or refund bookings at short notice / outwith booking general terms and conditions.

Second-hand (pre-loved) equipment bought from Och Aye Canoe is sold as seen and no refund or exchange will be offered once purchased.
