Welcome to Paddle Points, the brand-new Och Aye Canoe loyalty scheme designed to reward you for getting out on the water with us. Whether you're joining a group session, booking a private lesson, or taking part in one of our specialist paddlesports activities or webinars, you’ll now earn points every time you book.

Paddle Points is free to join and takes just a moment to activate with your email address. Once you’re signed up, your points will build automatically with every qualifying purchase.

How Paddle Points Work

Earning Points

You’ll earn:

  • 1 Paddle Point for every £1 spent on sessions with Och Aye Canoe.

More ways to earn Paddle Points will be added soon — keep an eye out for bonus opportunities, referrals, and special promotions.

Redeeming Points

Your Paddle Points can be exchanged for exclusive rewards:

  • 200 Paddle Points → 30-minute online Q&A session with Sarah
    Ask anything paddlesports-related — skills, safety, equipment, routes, tides, or planning your next adventure.

  • 600 Paddle Points → Free 1-hour lesson with Sarah
    A full private coaching session tailored entirely to you.

Rewards must be booked directly with Och Aye Canoe once your points balance qualifies.

Terms & Conditions

To keep the Paddle Points system fair, safe, and easy to use, the following terms apply:

Account & Eligibility

  • Paddle Points are linked to a single customer email address.
    Points cannot be transferred, merged, or shared across multiple accounts.

  • Customers must create an account using a valid email to participate.

  • Only adults aged 18+ can redeem rewards. Under-18s may earn points through a parent/guardian’s account.

Earning Points

  • Points are earned only on qualifying Och Aye Canoe sessions booked through the official website or directly with Sarah.  

  • Points may take up to 48 hours after a completed session to appear in your balance.

  • Points are not earned on gift vouchers, merchandise, third-party bookings, or shipping costs.

Redeeming Points

  • Rewards must be booked directly with Och Aye Canoe and are subject to availability.

  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • Paddle Points cannot be used in combination with discount codes or promotional pricing unless otherwise stated.

  • If a reward session is cancelled the points used may not be reissued.  This will be dealt with on a case-by case basis.

General Conditions

  • Och Aye Canoe reserves the right to:

    • Withdraw, change, or replace rewards at any time.

    • Modify the point values, earning methods, or redemption levels.

    • Suspend or close accounts where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • If the Paddle Points scheme is discontinued, unused points will expire with no cash alternative.

Expiry

  • Paddle Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned unless otherwise stated.

Data Protection

  • Customer information is handled in line with GDPR and will only be used for account management and Paddle Points communication.
    We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
