Och Aye Canoe

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – Scotland is in lockdown for January 2021 with a legal requirement to stay at home. As a result no sessions will be available until further notice.

THANK YOU to everyone who has supported my business during these difficult times.

Contact me via this link for any enquiries or have a look at my Facebook page “Och Aye Canoe” for regular updates.

Always wanted to get out on the water but haven’t known where to start?  Or been put off by thinking you have to have lots of expensive gear or that you need to roll underwater?

Och Aye Canoe is a small business located in Fife, Scotland, offering kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and Leave No Trace Awareness courses to complete beginners.   Absolutely no previous experience is needed to book onto one of the activities.  The emphasis is about getting out on the water in a fun and safe way, to meet like-minded people, and for there to be no pressure.

Activities take place within Tayside and Fife, You won’t believe the picturesque natural landscapes you will encounter along the way and the abundant bird and wildlife which inhabit these areas.

Whether you fancy a leisurely trip around Lochore Meadows, a sea trip at Burntisland, a river trip, or would rather learn some skills Och Aye Canoe is here to help.  There is also paddleboarding on offer as well as SUP with your PUP sessions!

Och Aye Canoe use sit-on kayaks which means there is no risk of entrapment and the boats are stable and safe.

Paddleboards are large and inflatable, giving you the best chance of being able to stand-up and allowing easy transportation for use at different locations.

For those of you looking to progress in the activities there is the opportunity to gain various awards along the way.

Och Aye Canoe offers individual sessions, team-building, birthday parties, and other group sessions.  Gift vouchers are also available.

Stand-up Paddleboarding (SUP) is very popular – There are sessions for beginners, more advanced, and even ones including your dog!  Find out more via button.

Sit-on kayaks are perfect for complete beginners as you sit on them, not in them, meaning there is no risk of entrapment.  They are stable and a good craft to learn on.

Whether you’re doing your Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, looking to develop your paddling skills, or wondering how to win the Golden Paddle Award, find information here.
