Always wanted to get out on the water but haven’t known where to start?  Or been put off by thinking you have to have lots of expensive gear or that you need to roll underwater?

Och Aye Canoe is a small business located in Fife, Scotland, offering kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and Leave No Trace Awareness courses to complete beginners.   Absolutely no previous experience is needed to book onto one of the activities.  The emphasis is about getting out on the water in a fun and safe way, to meet like-minded people, and for there to be no pressure.

Activities take place within Tayside and Fife, You won’t believe the picturesque natural landscapes you will encounter along the way and the abundant bird and wildlife which inhabit these areas.

Whether you fancy a leisurely trip around Lochore Meadows, a sea trip at Burntisland, a river trip, or would rather learn some skills Och Aye Canoe is here to help.

Och Aye Canoe use sit-on kayaks which means there is no risk of entrapment and the boats are stable and safe.

Paddleboards are large and inflatable, giving you the best chance of being able to stand-up and allowing easy transportation for use at different locations.

For those of you looking to progress in the activities there is the opportunity to gain various awards along the way.

Och Aye Canoe offers individual sessions, team-building, birthday parties, and other group sessions.  Gift vouchers are also available.

Stand-up Paddleboarding is the latest craze to hit the UK!  The boards are inflatable meaning they can be used at a variety of locations.  They are a great way to get out on the water.

Sit-on kayaks are perfect for complete beginners as you sit on them, not in them, meaning there is no risk of entrapment.  They are stable and a good craft to learn on.
