Sit-on kayaking (OWN boat) on sea, Aberdour, Fife - Sunday 16th August (4pm to 7.30pm)

Join a relaxed introduction to sit-on kayaking on the sea at Aberdour, Fife. Under expert care and instruction from Kamron you'll leave from Silversands, Aberdour, Fife, covering basic sea kayaking skills, safety and journeying techniques. The sheltered bay provides a great learning environment, with options to venture slightly further along the coast if conditions and the group allow.

Participants should already have some previous kayaking experience (for example on loch), as this session is not suitable for complete beginners. You should be comfortable paddling a kayak and have a basic understanding of forward paddling and steering - contact Sarah if unsure.
