Sit-on kayaking on sea, Kirkcaldy, Fife - Saturday 26th September (1.30pm to 4.30pm)

Join a relaxed introduction to sit-on kayaking on the sea in Kirkcaldy, Fife (exactly meeting point sent after booking). Under expert care and instruction from Kamron this session will cover basic sea kayaking skills, safety and journeying techniques. There may be options to venture slightly further along the coast if conditions and the group ability allow.

Participants should already have some previous kayaking experience (for example on loch), as this session is not suitable for complete beginners. You should be comfortable paddling a kayak and have a basic understanding of forward paddling and steering - contact Sarah if unsure.
