Och Aye Canoe delivers bespoke on-water experiences that improve team communication and build leadership resilience. There are three packages available to choose from:-
Package 1 - Foundations of Team Cohesion and Communication
Duration: 3 hours
Max on water: 4 people at once
Participants learn sit-on kayaking or paddleboard basics whilst completing team-based challenges designed to foster trust, sharpen communication, and develop mutual support. By the end each person earns to the Paddle Start Award and leaves with stronger teamwork skills.

Package 2 - Building Resilience and Strategic Thinking
Duration: 3 hours
Max on water: 4 people at once
In this intermediate experience your team builds on their paddling skills, navigating more complex routes and completing challenges that require forward planning, resource allocation and risk assessment. Exercises may include setting group coals, making decisions under changing conditions, and rotating leadership roles.
Workplace Skills: Resilience under pressure, strategic planning, decision-making, shared leadership.

Package 3 - Leadership and Adaptive Problem Solving
Duration: 3 hours
Max on water: 4 people at once
This session pushes your team's collaboration to the limit. Participants plan and execute their own paddling journey with minimal intervention, navigating set checkpoints and adapting to weather, and unexpected challenges. Leadership shifts within the team, with each member taking a turn at directing the group. This creates a safe but challenging environment to develop leadership confidence, crisis management, and creative problem-solving.
