"Had a 1 hour paddleboarding lesson today with my Mum. Not going to lie I was not looking forward to it (agreed to it to support Mum) BUT I actually really enjoyed it. Sarah was lovely & very patient with us & kept us safe 💓 We've already said we'll be back for another lesson very soon. "Had an absolutely fantastic time at my first night paddle session at Lochore 26/11/23, both Sarah and Gary were brilliant instructors, making sure that we had all of the right equipment and gauging our experience to keep us safe and together as a group as we ventured out into the mist and darkness. I've paddled on Lochore a lot, however was completely different experience in the dark. would highly recommend joining the group sessions as a way to try something new, get support as you need and meet other keen paddlers"
